Import Charges

Please note that the customers will always be responsible for paying any import bills they may receive.

When importing items to outside of the UK, this will always incur a customs inspection which we always provide the correct paperwork for. We cannot be held responsible for how long it takes your order to pass through customs.

Undelivered Items

In the event that your order cannot be delivered, due to incorrect information or missed deliveries these orders will be returned to us at the courier services discretion. Once your order has been returned to us you will be contacted. Customers are responsible for any additional shipping charges for redelivery.

Returns & Refunds 

During the busy Black Friday and holiday period we are extending returns to allow for extended shipping and return windows. 

We sincerely hope you are satisfied with your Sunday Studios purchase, if you are not you have 14 days from receipt of your order to return it. email us at info@sundaysstudio.co.uk with your order number, name and adress. It is up to you to print and return the item. We will happily issue you a refund if there is an issue with your order.

Once we have received your parcel, it can take up to 14 working days to be processed. Please note that processing times can be longer during holiday periods.
